This is why we focus our efforts on providing technical guidance to Real Betis Balompié in the design and execution of their Sustainability Master Plan, in addition to assisting them in the calculation, reduction and offsetting of their corporate carbon footprint.
This exciting project enables us not only to promote the environmental measures implemented by the Club (the first club to neutralise its carbon footprint in Spain).
Through direct collaboration with the United Nations and the Climate Neutral Now initiative (of which Ecoterrae is also a member), through the Forever Green, initiative, and everything that generates a positive ethical and social impact in its environment.
This local strategic partnership allows us to help Betis in establishing suitable communication channels with the organisation´s different stakeholders, in prioritising matters for the definition of strategic axes (analysis of materiality), and in the creation of a non-financial indicator control panel to measure the integration and evolution of sustainability at the club over the next few seasons.
The results of this joint venture have encouraged other teams in La Liga, which carry out numerous initiatives with a positive impact every year, and which are increasingly committed to sustainable development, equality and the fight against climate change.
